Ingredients:
500 mg Fish Oil, Capsule (Beef Gelatine, Glycerine (E422) (Emulsifier), Deionized Water), Vitamin E.

Use:
Providing 500 mg of total omega-3 in one softgel. Just one softgel per day may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease and help maintain triglyceride levels within the normal range.

Directions:
Adults take one (1) softgel daily, after meal.
